My teaching and research focuses on cognitive psychology and social cognition. I am interested in using basic cognitive theories to understand human behavior in applied settings.  My current work focuses on three main areas:

(1) Designing Neuro-cognitive interventions to improve cognitive abilities. 

(2) Identifying the Neuro-Cognitive Processes Underpinning social categorization: understanding how cognitive and Social Categorization Affect empathy and moral judgment.

(3)Understanding the Social cognition in the online world: Identifying the socio- cognitive processes involved in our behavior on social media (Information seeking and social influence).
